Tasha Alfano

Tasha has spent the majority of her career focusing on the
developer experience. Working as an engineer on SDKs,
APIs, and integrations built a love of providing users
everything they need to leverage these capabilities.
Moving to the product management side of the house,
Tasha led the creation of the Alteryx Developer
Community and streamlined the developer experience.
She now works with an outstanding group of engineers at
VMware Carbon Black that is entirely focused on
extending the capabilities of customers to help them
improve their security posture.

author, Michael served for eight years as editor in chief

developers working with its tools and technologies. Prior
to that he was editor in chief of Visual Studio Magazine
and the founding editor of Redmond Developer News. Michael holds a master’s degree in journalism from

the number of active developers to 2+ million. A seasoned

InterSystems, is a long-standing data management nerd,
and particularly passionate about helping people create
powerful data-driven applications. Prior to joining
InterSystems, Jeff was CTO of BA Insight, and ran product

Microsoft. He has extensive experience in data
management, text analytics, enterprise search, and
interoperability. Jeff is a frequent speaker and writer in

Luke Kilpatrick started as web site developer in 1996,
transitioning to managing technology communities in 2007.
In 2010 Luke moved to marketing program management
as his full time role on VMware’s social media marketing
team. 2012 saw Luke at Sencha working in developer
relations programs as well as focused social media,
speaking at events around the world. In 2014 Luke
managed Atlassian’s ecosystem developer events and
programs bringing hundreds of new apps to their
marketplace. Joining Nutanix in 2018 Luke now leads the
DevOps marketing team bringing leading edge hybrid
cloud solutions to both developers and operators across
the industry.
