Organizers Working to Promote Healthy Event Environment
San Jose, CALIF. (March 2, 2020) – With the 16th Annual Developer Relations Conference only one week away, organizers are continuing with the conference as planned. Despite concerns about recent COVID-19 outbreaks, organizers are proceeding with the conference, working proactively with event staff and attendees to promote a healthy environment for the conference.
Unlike other major technology conferences, the Developer Relations Conference is a focused and exclusive annual gathering of developer-community professionals. As such, Evans Data organizers have more direct relationships with attendees and speakers and are better able to communicate directly and candidly with all those participating in the event. “We’ve advised visitors to stay home if they are unwell, have traveled to the APAC region or have been in contact with anybody who has,” say organizers.
Evans Data has taken additional measures and is working closely with venue management to reinforce sanitation and health issues.
The 16th annual Developer Relations Conference, held March 9th and 10th, 2020 at The Westin San Jose, includes two full days focused on developer relations. Keynote and breakout session topics range from the connection between developer programs and company revenue to techniques for recruitment, awareness tactics, community loyalty building programs, legal/privacy and global privacy considerations and more.
