Without registration to the Evans Data website, the only information we may collect is Non-Personal Information through the use of cookies or Web Beacons.

We collect Personally Identifiable Information, such as name, company, company title, phone number and email address, that our users provide to us when they register on Evans Data website. We use the Personally Identifiable Information to gather opinions on important topics, answer questions, send emails about website maintenance and updates and verification of user authentication. Personally Identifiable Information collected through registration will be used only by Evans Data and its operations contractors, and will not be given or sold to a third party without the user’s consent. You will never receive email from any third party as a result of using the Evans Data site or participating in Evans Data website activities, unless you specifically opt to do so.
